The Trip of a Lifetime
Dojo Explore Award, which simply put, is our very own MVP award.
Each year, everyone at Tenka Group (owners of Turnstile and Gemba) is given the opportunity to nominate employees they believe have gone above and beyond their role. We’re talking about the superstars, the silent achievers, the playmakers, and even the up and comers.
The winners are rewarded with a once in a lifetime international trip to experience a world class sport and entertainment event. It’s a unique opportunity that’s helped fast-track the careers of those who’ve won.
Since its inception, we’ve sent winners to the Rugby World Cup in London, the US Open, Sundance Film Festival, FIFA headquaters in Switzerland, the NBA All-Star Tournament in the USA and this year the winners are off to the FIFA World Cup.

Available Positions
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for building new relationships to grow the revenue of the business
- As Head of Commercial you will be responsible for owning and delivering the go-to market strategy and plan
- We’re looking for someone with proven sales experience (7+ years) in growing an agency/consulting style business
- Reporting to the Head of Sponsorship Valuation, you will play a leading role in the scoping and delivery of client valuation deliverables.
- As Sponsorship Valuation Consultant, you will stretch your analytical skills, lead our client projects, become our methodology thought partner, and grow the Turnstile brand.
- We’re looking for a talented ex-management consultant, finance professional, or sports/media industry expert with 3-4 years-experience to lead the delivery of our valuation work.
- Are you interested in working in the Sport & Entertainment industry and looking for an opportunity to join a team supporting many of the world’s leading global sports properties?
- Do you have an analytical skillset that you’d like to apply to help value the biggest sponsorships in global sport?
- Are you hungry to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment?
- Are you looking to combine your business development skills with a career in the Sport & Entertainment industry?
- Do you have experience across the end-to-end sales and marketing process for a consulting, software and/or data business?
- We’re looking for someone with at least 4-6 years’ experience in relevant business development-oriented roles who can help us identify, build and foster trusted advisor relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Are you interested in working in the Sport & Entertainment industry and looking for an opportunity that will see you working alongside many of the world’s leading global sports properties?
- Do you have an analytical skillset that you’d like to apply to valuing the biggest sponsorships in global sport?
- Are you hungry to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment?
- To drive Turnstile’s Sales activity and pipeline management in North America to deliver budgeted revenue targets through direct engagement with existing and new clients
- Manage the relationship with SponsorPulse (North American partner) to ensure that high quality proposals and other sales support material are provided
- Provide input into Turnstile’s marketing activity, such as the publication of thought leadership reports, social media content strategy, integration into sports business media platforms
