Business Development Lead | Germany - Full Time

About Turnstile
Turnstile is a highly specialised sponsorship valuation agency. Our vision is to shape a better future for the sport and entertainment industry by helping rights holders and brands understand the fair market price of sponsorship assets.

We do this by applying our extensive data sets on the actual market rates paid for sponsorship to a set of bespoke valuation approaches that we have designed specifically to capture the value of every single type of sponsorship right.

The output is a detailed, bottom-up valuation that guides buyers and sellers on the recommended transaction price of the rights in question.

Our pioneering approach to valuing sponsorship is shifting the industry dialogue away from an over reliance on exposure value to a more holistic view of pricing and its being rapidly adopted across the industry.

Our values of empathy, dynamism, discipline and integrity drive our business. More than just words in a vision document, we take our values seriously. We measure them, hold ourselves accountable and hire accordingly. We invest in our people and work hard to provide a positive, professional, fun and inclusive workplace.

About the role
Since Turnstile was created five years ago we have been experiencing rapid growth year-on-year.
